Here’s five things to know about Lungo Katete – the second finalist eliminated from Miss SA reality show ‘Crown Chasers’.

Miss SA Top 12 finalist Lungo Katete was eliminated from Crown Chasers on Sunday 16 July – here’s five things to know about her.

LUNGO KATETE ELIMINATED ON ‘CROWN CHASERS’

On Sunday 16 July, Lungo Katete was eliminated on the second episode of the Miss SA reality show Crown Chasers. On the episode the finalists jetted off to Mauritius to create a travel blog and more. This follows Lebohang Raputsoe being eliminated on the first episode of the series.

Natasha Joubert – who was previously the second runner-up at the Miss SA pageant in 2020, was the winner of the episode.

While this should just leave 10 contestants, Levern José dropped out after bullying allegations had been levelled against her. Crown Chasers was filmed before she quit. So, she is still in the series and there will be no replacement.

FIVE THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THE MISS SA FINALIST

  • She is from Midrand, Johannesburg.
  • She holds three degress – Bachelors, Honours and Master’s in architecture.
  • Lunga studied at the University of Witswatersrand (Wits).
  • According to a Miss SA press release, she is a creative at heart and enjoys all things design.
  • She is 26 years old.
