‘Don’t believe what you read’: Britney’s husband denies meltdown

Personal trainer and model Sam Asghari spoke out about the reason behind the “manic” way his wife, Britney Spears, was accused to had acted at a LA restaurant over the weekend.

The pop star reportedly had a “meltdown” and caused a scene at JOEY restaurant in Woodland Hills after a patron at the diner recognised her and took pictures and videos of her, TMZ reported.

Britney’s husband reportedly stormed out of the restaurant and ditched her.

A video taken by a customer at the diner showed the pop star behaving restless and seemingly talking to herself as nobody else could be seen seated alongside her. The words she spoke were unclear in the clip as she fidgeted on the restaurant couch, looking around and hiding her face with the restaurant menu.

After seeing the clip, the Toxic hitmaker’s fans were once more worried about her.

In the past, the pop star revealed that she had mental problems and disclosed that she had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and mood swings, Independent reported.

Her family drama and the 13-year-long conservatorship served by the court had affected her mental breakdown.

SAM ASGHARI EXPLAINS HIS WIFE’S RESTAURANT MELTDOWN

In an attempt to defend his wife, the 28-year-old model took to his Instagram story and reportedly wrote,

“Don’t believe what you read online, people.”

According to PageSix, one of the restaurant’s managers was contacted but could not give details of what happened at the eatery.

However, a staff member who had worked a shift during Britney’s accused “meltdown” spoke out. They revealed that the superstar had been taunted by a patron who invaded Britney’s space.

“The disruptor wasn’t Britney — it was the diner who taunted her by taking a video without consent,” the staffer was quoted as saying.

The worker added that the musician was “understandably upset.”

Asghari was also cleared by the worker, who said he did not “storm” out of the restaurant. He had gone out to get the car for them to leave.
