Victor remains one of the finest stars to ever wear the Springboks jersey in history.

He captained the Springboks; indeed, his daughter knows a thing about winning the World Cup.

The legendary Lock won the World Cup in 2007, and watching the Springboks win it again is exciting.

Sharing on his Instagram, Matfield shared a picture of his daughter holding a trophy.

He said to bring the cup home, and many fans believed it was not his message but his daughter’s.

Undoubtedly, Victor Matfield’s daughter was happy to see a good start by the team.

It was a dream start for every Springboks fan as they won their first game of the World Cup competition in France.
