A video of what appears to be convicted rapist, murderer, and fraudster Thabo Bester sweet-talking a female influencer following his prison escape has come to light.
Bester – dubbed the ‘Facebook Rapist,’ faked his death and escaped his prison cell at the Magaung Correctional Centre.

During his time in prison and following his escape – allegedly with the aid of partner Nandipha Magudumana – Thabo Bester is accused of running multiple fraudulent businesses. The duo were arrested in Tanzania over the weekend. This, after skipping the country as part of an elaborate getaway plan.
NEW ‘THABO BESTER’ VIDEO EMERGES
Last month, news broke that Thabo Bester was indeed alive and on the run with Nandipha Magudumana. The couple were snapped shopping at a Woolworths store in Johannesburg, just two months after his prison escape.
Bester sported longer hair and a pair of sunglasses in the viral images.

Now, another video of the convict – sporting a similar look – has emerged. And this time, Bester is seen chatting to a female influencer in what many claim was his attempt to scam the public again. Bester was known to lure women he had met on social media under the pretence of being a modelling and talent scout.
In the clip, Bester and the woman, as well as a young boy, are seen seated at an upmarket eatery.

Bester is heard saying in part: “The idea was to find people producing content on social media.”
In another clip, Bester appears to shoot a clip of the woman on his cellphone.
