If there’s one thing Springbok star Ox Nche loves more than rugby, it’s cake! And according to the star scrum, it’s the secret behind his prowess on the pitch.
Ox is part of the Rugby World Cup squad in France, who are hoping to retain their 2019 title as world champions.

In an Instagram post, Ox Nche joked that his recent “top scrum” stats were “powered by cake.”
According to the BKT United Rugby Championships, Ox is ranked as “the finest scrummager in the latest top 100”.

In the comments section, many echoed Ox’s sentiments. “Salads don’t win scrums,” followers said of the Sharks player’s famous line.
In a recent media conference, Ox was asked if he had a strict eating plan.
