Eben Etzebeth is loved by many for being a brilliant rugby player. But the Springboks star is equally known for his quick temper.
The 31-year-old has made headlines for his numerous fights with his opponents on the field.
Eben and the rest of the South African national team are currently in France amid the Rugby World Cup. The squad will take on England next in a semi-final showdown on Saturday, 21 October at the Stade de France.

Eben vs Brodie Retallick
Over the years, Eben has had multiple scuffles with the All Blacks player. But Brodie told RugbyPass it’s all harmless fun.
He said: “It’s all part of the game, it’s pretty friendly off the field. We have a beer afterwards, I guess we’re just competitive people”

In a Rugby Championship test match, a furious Eben Etzebeth took out his frustrations on Australia’s Allan Alaalatoa in a viral video.

2023: Rugby World Cup: SA vs Scotland
Eben’s latest stint came just weeks ago during the Springboks’s pool group game with Scotland.
In a video that went viral on social media, Eben and Scotland’s Jamie Ritchie are seen throwing hands at each other on the side of the pitch.
