CHESLIN KOLBE REACTION GOES VIRAL

The Mirrior reports that Cheslin Kolbe couldn’t watch the final minutes of South Africa’s Rugby World Cup final win over New Zealand as he feared his yellow card would cost the Springboks.

The publication adds that Kolbe was given a yellow card in the latter stages of the final game against New Zealand’s All Blacks.

South Africans took to social media to embrace the winger, when a picture of him hiding his face went viral.

@JesseFJacobs said: “Get your head up Cheslin Kolbe, you may have made a mistake, but the Bokke and the country had your back!”

Sunday, 29 October also marks Kolbe’s 30th birthday, who revealed before the finals that today is not about him: “It is about the country, so my only focus now is to go on the field and give my best.”
