Aww! Siya Kolisi’s sister and brother ‘reunite’ with the family [watch]
The Kolisi’s have seemingly reunited in France. The Springbok captain’s sister and brother were warmly welcomed by Rachel, Nic, and Keziah.

Siya Kolisi’s wife Rachel was in her feelings after her immediate family reunited as seen in an Instagram post shared on Wednesday, 25 October.
‘SO GRATEFUL’: THE KOLISI FAMILY ‘REUNITES’
Rachel Kolisi took to Instagram and posted a video of her son Nicholas Siyamthanda (8) and daughter Keziah (6) overjoyed as they reunited with their aunt and uncle, Siya’s half-siblings, Liyema (21) and Liphelo (16). The Springbok captain legally adopted his siblings in 2009 after their mother died, Kaya FM reported – this comes after he found them living in foster care in Zwide, a township in Gqeberha (formally known as Port Elizabeth) in the Eastern Cape.
Rachel pulled on her Instagram followers’ heartstrings after posting a heart-wrenching video of her kids and Siya’s siblings seeing each other for the first time in a while.
“My heart hasn’t felt so full in months 🥹❤️ Can’t begin to explain how rough it’s been, being halfway across the world. Just so grateful,” the Springbok WAG captioned as she posted the video on her feed.
Rachel, Nic, and Keziah relocated to France in August. Siya followed soon after just in time for the 2023 Rugby World Cup. Earlier this year, the Springbok captain announced that he would be joining the French rugby club, Racing 92 after flying the South African flag high in the Rugby World Cup tournaments. The Springboks are set to play against New Zealand on Saturday, 28 October in the final.

FAMILY MAN: A BRIEF LOOK INTO SIYA’S INSPIRATIONAL STORY
Siya Kolisi continues to prove how much of an exceptional rugby player, husband, father, and person he is. He often opens up about his tough start to life and it’s moving to say the least. His mother gave birth to him in 1992 when she was only 15. At the time, his father was about 20 years old, he said.
“My mom’s family said she was way too young to raise me and look after me so she dropped me off at the front gate of my dad’s school while he was writing exams. He took me home to my grandmother who raised me. We weren’t a very privileged family,” he shared.
After getting the offer to play for Racing 92, Siya revealed that one of the reasons he took the deal to be part of the rugby club was so he could spend more time with his family. “The move to Racing 92 will enable me to spend more time with my family, which is something that I have longed for, and this prospect certainly played a significant part in my decision-making,” he said in his official statement.”
