Skeem Saam actress Amanda Manku who plays the role of Kwaito Maputla’s fiancée, Elizabeth Thobakgale took to Clement Maosa’s comment section to ask him if he spent the lobola money on his Paris trip.

“Is this why you can’t afford magadi?” asked Manku, jokinly.

In the latest episode Maosa’s character, Kwaito can’t afford to pay lobola to marry his fiancée as he’s unemployed and his mother, Mantuli (Dieketseng Mnisi) is financially abusing him.

He’s paid her loans, building her house using money he received from his former employer, Marothi Maphuthuma.

Elizbeth’s mother, Thobakgale (played by Elizabeth Serunye) doesn’t approve of her daughter’s relationship with Kwaito and wants her to marry a man who’s well-off.
