RACHEL KOLISI ON TAKING TRAIN FROM PARIS TO LONDON

This comes Rachel Kolisi described her experience taking a train from Paris to London with two kids via an Instagram post on Wednesday 23 August. The Kolisi’s trip to London comes ahead of the Springboks match against the All Blacks in London on Friday 25 August.

Rachel and her two kids moved to Paris this past weekend. Their move comes ahead of Siya’s move to Racing 92 after the 2023 Rugby World Cup in France.

The mom of two revealed that she took a two-hour train ride from Paris to London on Eurostar and used an app to book tickets – in English.

“I booked on the @sncfconnect (app) you can book trains almost anywhere in Europe. It’s also in English, and super easy to navigate, and gives options of all trains and different costs. NB, book as soon as you know you travelling! Paid so much for this trip to London, booked the rest of our travel for World Cup games and was so much cheaper,” she wrote.

“Scanned our tickets (Usually a QR code from the app booking) but there was a issue with ours so had to print tickets. Then they do a passport/visa check and bags go through a scan too. (There didn’t seem to be a huge limit with bag weight, we took 2 carry on size bags, but others had big bags),” she continued.

Overall, she expressed that it was a good experience.
