Iconic Musician Erykah Badu has accused the Queen B, Beyonce Knowles-Carter of copying her style.

‘I’M EVERYBODY STYLIST’
In several posts shared to her Instagram story, Badu has accused Beyonce of stealing her looks at her current Renaissance World Tour.
The 52-year-old hit maker, rushed to highlight the striking similarities between her personal style and Beyonce’s tour looks.
Alongside a picture of herself Erykah posted a picture of Beyonce wearing an oversized metallic hat onstage. That hat in question is similar to the one that Badu has been wearing for decades. “Hmmm”, she wrote.
In another post, Badu alludes to be an inspiration for all. She alludes: “I guess I’m everybody stylist”.
Erykah is most synonymous with wearing oversized hats, and if you’ve been following the iconic singer throughout her career then you know it’s no secret that Erykah Badu has always been somewhat of a trendsetter.
However, despite this many fans don’t agree with Badu’s insinuation, many fans rushed to twitter in defence of Beyonce to shut down Erykah’s claims that Beyonce has copied her.

FANS REACT TO CLAIMS MADE BY ERYKAH BADU
In a tweet, one user questioned why Erykah would be nasty to Beyonce, especially when Beyonce has always honoured and praised the star.
“She’s always been complimentary of Badu, even shouting her out in a song that she’s currently performing on tour. I don’t know why ppl move weird when it comes to this lady, but it needs to be studied. Beyoncé in 2016, BTW. Kudos to her ACTUAL stylists”, she tweeted.
Another user questioned why Badu would see her influence on artists like Beyonce as negative, when she is an icon herself.
“I will never understand ppl who see their influence as something negative. like you’re ERYKAH BADU girl obviously people are constantly influenced by you”.
