‘Like a dildo in the wind’: Maria slams Ruan at ‘RHOD’ reunion

Things got heated between Maria Valaskatzis and former “bestie” Ruan Scheepers at the Real Housewives of Durban (RHOD) reunion part one which was released on Showmax on Wednesday 10 May.

Part two of the reunion will be released on Wednesday 17 May.

MARIA CALLS RUAN A ‘DILDO IN THE WIND’

It all started over a conversation about  Maria Valaskatzis’ supposed one-sided feud with Sorisha Naidoo. On the Real Housewives of Durban season three reunion part one, host MaBlerh, asked her what she wanted from Sorisha that she did not get the first time they met.

So, the psychology student revealed that she felt dismissed by Sorisha at Jojo Robinson’s princess soiree. However, she revealed that they later became friends. Maria then dropped the bombshell allegation, that she was told that Sorisha does not like her, by Jojo.

Jojo was then surprised and asked Ruan if she had ever said that while Maria claimed that Jojo was the one to tell her that Sorisha would hate her.

“You said to me when I come into this group Sorisha would hate me because she’s the only Indian that’s been in this group,” said Maria.

Jojo then asked Ruan if that happened and he replied “I don’t remember”. Maria then lashed out at Ruan calling him a “dildo in the wind”.

“Of course you don’t remember, you’re like a dildo in the wind,” she said. 

All the ladies burst out in giggles while Maria and Jojo continued to argue.

THE REALITY STAR BREAKS DOWN ON CAMERA 

Ruan revealed that he had a “fun” friendship with Jojo and a “mother” friendship with Maria. He went on to also state that his friendship with Jojo has only been going on for about two years while he has been friends with Maria for about seven.

Maria then broke down in tears.

“You came into my home. We know each other for seven years. You’ve had dinner with me, you’ve celebrated things with me. You met Jojo whilst interviewing these ladies. When you were interviewing them, you sold your friendship to any one of these people that would take you. Ony Jojo took you,” she said.

Maria then dramatically walked off stage filled with tears.
