Uncle Waffles sent social media into a frenzy on Tuesday, 2 May after posting pictures of herself with international supermodel Naomi Campbell and a video with popular actress Michaela Coel at the Met Gala after-party in New York City.

UNCLE WAFFLES BOOKED FOR MET GALA AFTER-PARTY
The Amapiano sensation Uncle Waffles partied with Ghanaian-British actress Michaela Coel, supermodel Naomi Campbel and music industry heavyweights at this year’s Met Gala after-party.
Briefly reports that the Amapiano sensation Uncle Waffles was booked to perform at the Met Gala after-party in New York.
This is a week after she appeared alongside musician Ciara in a video where the pair danced to Yahyuppiyah, a hit song that the young DJ worked on with Justin 99, Tony Duaro, Pcee, Eeque, and Chley.
“Met @ciara” she captioned the video on Twitter to which Ciara replied “Uncle Waffles and CC issa vibe.” Their video received over 3.2 million views on Instagram.
