American singer Britney Spears has broke he silence on her split from husband Sam Asghari after 14 months of marriage via an Instagram post on Friday 18 August.

Britney Spears and Sam Asghari are getting a divorce after 14 months of marriage. The Toxic hitmaker took to Instagram on Friday 18 August to break her silence. She revealed that she was shocked, but also “couldn’t take the pain”. Take a look…
“As everyone knows, Hesam and I are no longer together … 6 years is a long time to be with someone so, I’m a little shocked but … I’m not here to explain why because its honestly nobody’s business,” she wrote.
“But, I couldn’t take the pain anymore honestly !!! In some sort of telepathic way I have been receiving so many messages that melt my heart from friends and I thank you,” she continued.
The singer also revealed that she is doing just fine.
“You’re supposed to be loved unconditionally … not under conditions !!!! So I will be as strong as I can and do my best !!! And I’m actually doing pretty damn good !!! Anyways have a good day and don’t forget to smile,” she concluded.

WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT THE DIVORCE
Britney married Sam Asghari in an intimate wedding in June 2022. Just 14 months after the fitness trainer has reportedly filed for divorce from the singer. According to TMZ, Asghari cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for ending the marriage.
The fitness trainer is reportedly asking for spousal support and attorney fees. He reportedly listed the separation date as 28 July.
This comes after reports that the pair split following allegations regarding cheating.
