It has been confirmed that South African-born international disc jockey, Black Coffee, had sustained injury on a flight en route to Argentina.

Renowned South African DJ and producer, Black Coffee is receiving medial treatment after he suffered complications following an in-flight travel accident.
A short statement was posted on Black Coffee’s social media channels, confirming he was traveling to Mar del Plata, a resort city on Argentina’s Atlantic coast, where he was due to perform at an event when he was injured.
“Black Coffee was involved in a severe travel accident on a flight en route to his scheduled show in Mar Del Plata,” read the official statement.
“The incident resulted in unforeseen complication and left him with some injury. We can confirmed that he is receiving the best possible medical attention and is surrounded by a supportive family and team.”
Additionally, his team also explicitly called for his privacy to he respected. The statement then concludes on a brighter note, stating that DJ’s recovery has already started.
“In respect of his privacy, we kindly request understanding and patience from the media and his fans. Despite the challenges presented, Black Coffee is optimistic and recovering well!”
“He looks forward to being back with you all very soon.”
