Controversial South African YouTuber Slik Talk just shared another video on his popular page. In this one, the celebrity basher discusses – or rather trashes – late rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes posthumous album. The album in question, Mass Country, was released by his family shortly after the rapper was killed in Durban outside a restaurant called Wish on Florida.

According to Slik Talk, the album is absolute trash despite it reaching 6 million streams on the first day of its release. Rating the posthumous album, Slik said it was only a two out of ten.

This time, Slik Talk has taken to his 66k plus follower account to discuss late rapper AKA’s posthumous album Mass Country.

According to Slik who spoke passionately about the matter in a clip that was uploaded on Monday this week, the album is complete trash.

“I just listened to AKA’s album called Mass Country and I’m going to give it a solid 2/10. I absolutely hate this album. I hate everything about this album. It’s absolutely one of the worse albums I’ve ever heard in my whole life. Sonically, it doesn’t even sound good. The mixing is terrible. I do not like this album one bit. It has no hits,” says Slik in the video.

He then goes on to add that “AKA left an absolute piece of sh*t. This album is not worth listening to for a second time. I did not like it at all.”

Slik did however say that he likes two songs on the album, the first being Company which features Blxckie. He also said he likes Crowd while adding that both songs are decent but not amazing.

What does Mzansi think?

While some people agreed with Slik TaKl, most people defended AKA’s work. Take a look at some of their comments below:

@Linzito85 said:

“Didn’t listen to the video, I’m commenting based on the comments. Music evolves & artists mature, Sliq Kak was talking nonsense about Black Coffee as well. Coffee went from national to global, you can’t make the same music, ur audience is different.”

While @Mpho_Ramufhufhi commented:

“But if we are being honest this one’s opinion doesn’t matter anymore since I got into the ring with Cass…I don’t think people still take him seriously.”
