The Hollard Daredevil Run is fast approaching. In less than 2 weeks, SA’s daring Speedo road running event takes place.

Athletes from around South Africa will dash through the streets in purple swimsuits.

The annual edition of SA’s Daredevil Run, which features scores of guys hitting the streets in their swimwear, occurs on Friday 13 October.

The main event is to be held at Zoo Lake in Johannesburg. However, runners from locations all over the country will also take to the streets.

Thousands of brave men in purple Speedos will take to the streets in a proud attempt to draw attention to prostate cancer.

The swimsuit-clad runners will participate in the fun run to raise awareness for cancers affecting men of all ages.

The main event will take place in Johannesburg. However, guys across the country are encouraged to don a purple Daredevil swimsuit and join the run.

Participants may run alone or in groups, anywhere in South Africa. Otherwise, runners from outside of Joburg are welcome to join other cancer warriors at Zoo Lake in Johannesburg on 13 October at 15.00.
