The 18-year-old DJ and producer Vigro Deep (real name: Kamogelo Phetla) has made waves in the South African music industry.

In fact, he has cemented himself as one of the top amapiano producers in the country

Vigro Deep has contributed to some of the country’s biggest hits such as Vula Vala by Kabza de Small and DJ Maphorisa and Sgubu Se Monati by JazziDisciples.

His new album Rise of a Baby Boy offers listeners Vigro Deep at his best with vocals from Focalistic, Rethabile and MhawKeys.

NASTY C – ZULU MAN WITH SOME POWER

After being signed to Def Jam Recordings, Nasty C released his highly anticipated third studio album Zulu Man With Some Power.

The album features American R&B sensation Ari Lennox, South African singer/songwriter Rowlene and American rapper T.I.

This is the 23-year-old hip-hop artists’s second project in 2020 after his mixtape Zulu he worked with DJ Whoo Kid to produce.

The album has light trap and drill influences but is still the Nasty C we still know and love.

CHLOE x HALLE – UNGODLY HOUR

Chloe and Halle Bailey released their third studio album Ungodly Hour following their 2018 release of The Kids Are Alright.

The sisters gave an explosive performance of their song Ungodly Hour from the album at the MTV Video Music Awards.

When they aren’t making music or performing on their home tennis court, they’re acting on Freeform’s Grown-ish as twin sisters next to Yara Shahidi, Trevor Jackson and Luka Sabbat.

BURNA BOY – TWICE AS TALL

The Grammy-nominated Burna Boy released his fifth studio album titled Twice As Tall. The album explores a pan-African idealism.

Sean Combs was apart of the album’s production team with American producers Timbaland and Mike Dean and Nigerian producers LeriQ and Rexxie.

This year Burna Boy has been nominated for several prestigious awards, including the BET Awards where he won the award for Best International Act, the Brit Awards and the Soundcity MVP Awards.
