Nambitha Ben-Mazwai discusses ‘Savage Beauty’ season two

Actress Nambitha Ben-Mazwai – who stars as Linda Bhengu in ‘Savage Beauty’ season two shares what Netflix fans can expect from her role.

Award-winning actress Nambitha Ben-Mazwi reveals what Netflix viewers can expect from Savage Beauty season two.

LINDA IN ‘SAVAGE BEAUTY’ SEASON TWO

The Savage Beauty star Nambitha Ben_Mazwi tells Sowetan that playing Linda was the most challenging and rewarding character she had to play.

The publication reports that Netflix fans should expect to see the division between Grace and Don and their children leave the mighty Bhengus. There will also be new enemies who have returned to settle old scores and gain control of Bhengu Beauty.

We saw Linda taking over as the next CEO then her world turned upside down with her secret, which is her and Thando’s relationship, and her heart being broken by her first love.

“We end things with her being kicked out of the Bhengu mansion and her heart broken and having to figure out who she is now that she doesn’t have the Bhengu name behind her,” says Ben_Mazwai.

Linda will find her identity and she and Thando’s (Angela Sithole) love story will unfold, and they will create a life with each other.

NETFLIX RENEWS SERIES

Netflix confirms that Savage Beauty production has already started on the second season and will be debuting at some point in 2024. 

The hit series, which is created by Lebogang Mogashoa and produced by Quizzical Pictures first debuted on Netflix in May 2022 with six episodes.

The show revolves around a mysterious woman (Zinhle Manzini played by Rosemary Zimu) who embeds herself in a powerful family with a global beauty empire and plenty of hidden dark secrets.

Actors Nthati Moshesh and Dumisani Mbebe play husband and wife, Grace and Don Bhengu respectively while Angela Sithole’s character Thando plays the second wife and Linda’s lover Thando.

The Bhengus rule their family and beauty empire with an iron fist and Zinhle is set to ruin their lives.
