WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE SEASON THREE

The second season of Emily in Paris ended on the cliffhanger that Emily (Lily Collins) may leave Paris. Judging from the teaser of the series, it seems Emily may be staying in Paris longer than expected. In the teaser, Emily is seen hanging out with her best friend Mindy Chen, played by Ashley Park.

It seems she is still romantically linked to her British boyfriend Alfie, playing by Lucien Laviscount. This is despite her romance with chef Gabriel, played by Lucas Bravo. However, it seems Gabriel and Emily are never really done. So, will there be a love triangle this season?

“One year after moving from Chicago to Paris for her dream job, Emily finds herself at a crucial crossroads in every aspect of her life. Faced with two very different paths, Emily will have to decide exactly where her loyalties lie — at work and in her romantic life — and what those decisions mean for her future in France, all while continuing to immerse herself in the adventures and surprising twists and turns that life in Paris provides,” reads the synopsis of the series.

MEET THE NEW ‘EMILY IN PARIS’ SEASON THREE CAST MEMBERS

Netflix previously announced two new cast members who will be joining the series — Paul Forman and Melia Kreiling.

Forman starred on The Spanish Princess and Frank of Ireland. He will be playing the role of Nicolas de Leon –  the show’s latest dreamy business scion.

“Nicolas appears to lead a charmed life as the crown prince of his family’s powerful conglomerate, JVMA. Yet, the dashing exec is desperate to prove himself as more than a nepotism baby under the crushing pressure of the de Leons’ famous wealth and status,” according to Netflix.

Unsurprisingly, Nicolas is exactly the kind of person a go-getter like Emily would love to work with. But it’s an unexpected personal connection that will bring them together instead.

Kreiling comes to Emily in Paris from The Borgias and Filthy Rich. Her character, Sofia Sideris, is bound to find some, personal connections of her own in Paris.

“Sofia is a Greek artist who enters the Emily in Paris fold to unveil her latest show at Camille’s gallery. Sofia’s time in the City of Love takes an unexpected turn when she finds herself falling into a passionate affair,” according to Netflix.

Familiar faces for the upcoming series include:

  • Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu
  • Camille Razat
  • Samuel Arnold
  • Bruno Gouery
  • William Abadie
