Khune in hot water

Itumeleng Khune allegedly arrived for training under the influence of alcohol on Wednesday and the club has taken a strong stance. The 36-year-old has been with the club since he was 12 and was handed a final contract extension at the outset of this 2023-24 campaign to see out his playing days. This shocking new information arrives via FarPost.

According to SoccerLaduma in today’s reports, Khune could face an indefinite suspension, including being docked his salary.

The club’s management has expressed its “extreme disappointment” with Khune. They have stated his actions were “unacceptable” and that he would face “severe disciplinary action.”
