On Wednesday the club confirmed that 25-year-old Burundian striker Caleb Bimenyimana would be leaving the club. As a result, a foreign slot in the squad has opened up. Talks of Colombian striker Jasond Gonzalez arriving have intensified as a result, and we could see more progress on that potential move in the coming days. DR Congo’s 28-year-old forward Walter Bwalya is also a concrete target.

Chiefs also looking to strengthen their defence

“Amakhosi are said to be in the market for another striker and a left-back before the window shuts at the end of next month,” according to the ever-reputable iDiskiTimes. According to the latest reports, The Glamour Boys are taking a serious look at former TS Galaxy left-back Ebrahim Seedat, who is currently without a club. With Sifiso Hlanti now 33, and Edmilson Dove currently out injured, the Glamour Boys are short of options on the left-hand side of their defence.
