Chiefs started the match more positively and aggressively than the Rollers but couldn’t find the opening goal despite coming close a few times in the first half. Amakhosi coach Molefi Ntseki decided to start the match with Chiefs’ regulars such as Mdududzi Shabalala, Nkosingiphile Ngcoboa, and Riyaard Petersen

Despite their dominance, Chiefs had nothing to show for it, and in the 78th minute, they were punished by former Pirates star Thabo Rakhale.

Amakhosi played well against Rollers compared to the sluggish performance they gave last weekend in Tanzania against Young Africans. Ntseki now needs to find the winning combination and very fast because Chiefs fans are known to be impatient.
