Day one of school has ended in a puzzling fashion for a missing boy, Onalo Nontshuda, who allegedly boarded the wrong bus after school.

LEARNER GOES MISSING AFTER DAY ONE OF SCHOOL

Katlehong Police are reported to be seeking assistance from the public to help in locating the parents of the missing child.

According to Kasie FM News, the missing boy was found by a community member at Rondebult, Germiston.

“The child’s name is Onalo Nontshuda, a six-year-old. It’s alleged that the child boarded the wrong bus on his way from school, it’s also alleged that the child is from around Katlehong.”

It is reported that his parents are Aphiwe (mother) and Tshepo (father).

TEENAGER DISSAPPEARS IN TEMBISA

Still on the East Rand, 12-year-old Filomema Mhacuacua was reported missing after she was left under the supervision of his mother’s boyfriend in Tembisa.


According to Tembisa SAPS, the 12-year-old girl was last seen at Winnie Mandela Zone 6 on Wednesday, 4 January 2023.

It is alleged by the mother of the missing child that on Wednesday, 4 January 2023 at about 20:00 she arrived home from work at Winnie Mandela Zone 6 and found her boyfriend and their 12-year-old daughter in the house which was messed up (things lying around).

She then asked her 12-year-old daughter to clean the house and while still talking to her daughter she received a call from a family member that her sister-in-law was arrested at Tembisa SAPS and she left the house for Tembisa SAPS.

She arrived at Tembisa to assist her sister-in-law and while they were around, at 10pm she received a call from her boyfriend that her 12-year-old daughter is not home.

“She went back home and started asking around if anyone had seen the child who is nowhere to be found,” explained Sergeant Nhlongo, Tembisa SAPS spokesperson.
