‘Skeem Saam’: It ends in tears for Clement and Ori

The ‘Skeem Saam’ August teasers reveal that Pretty and Lehasa will rescue Clement and Ori when they become victims of a hate crime.

The Skeem Saam August teasers reveal that openly gay couple Clement and Ori, played by Vusi Leremi and Prince Magoai will be targeted for their sexual orientation. Clement’s aunt Pretty and her boyfriend Lehasa will come through for them when they learn they were victims of a hate crime while on their baecation.

INSIDE ORI AND CLEMENT’S STORYLINE  

Skeem Saam’s fan-favourite couple Pretty and Lehasa will rescue Clement and his boyfriend Ori when their Hartees trip doesn’t end well. Viewers of the educational soapie are thrilled that Clemet finally found someone who embraces him and his sexuality after he got humiliated last season by his married boyfriend Tlotliso who was in the closet.     

The pair Ori and Clement, who are madly in love are on their first baecation, but their fairytale will soon end when they become victims of a hate crime.  

Their storyline is meant to educate South Africans about hate crimes the LGBTQI+ community goes through in the country.  

The TVSA August teasers reveal that they will face some challenges such as Clement’s obsession with his phone and that their trip will be marred by a tragic hate crime.   

The Thursday 25 August reveals:  

“Clement and Ori’s relationship faces some challenges while on their trip.”   

The Friday 26 August teaser reads:  

“A beautiful trip is marred by a really tragic hate crime.”  

Monday 29 August reveals:  

“Pretty and Lehasa come through for a couple following their tragic romantic getaway.”

SKEEM SAAM’ VIEWERS REACT   

Clement’s grandmother Mantuli will have a change of heart when she learns they were discriminated against and were victims of hate crimes.  

The Tuesday 30 August teaser reads:  

“MaNtuli has a change of heart about Ori following the Hartees ordeal.”  

Clement will also have an opportunity to share his story live on air on the last day of August.   

“Clement finally tells his story live on air.”
