Proteas Women rewarded for brave showing
As reported by The South African website, the Proteas Women – who have enjoyed Momentum’s sponsorship for 10 years – became the first-ever South African cricket side to appear in an ICC World Cup final last weekend.
They fell agonisingly short by 19 runs in the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup title decider against champions Australia in front of a record crowd at the Newlands in Cape Town on Sunday, 26 February.
