The City of Cape Town uploaded its latest stats as of Tuesday, 26 September.

The latest figures show the six dams are a combined 109.1% of total storage.

That’s up from the 102% the previous week.

A year ago the combined percentage stood at 85.6%.

Theewaterskloof, which accounts for more than 50% of the province’s total dam capacity (480 188 MI of a total of 898 221 MI) is at 115.6% of capacity, while the next biggest dam, Voëlvlei (164 095 MI), is at 100%.
