Watch: John Steenhuisen gives the ANC another roasting, rattles a few cages [video]
On Thursday the DA’s chief whip had another go at the ANC in parliament, but this time it sounds as if he really got under their skin.

Thursday’s plenary in the National Assembly would have been a little boring, perhaps even a waste of about four hours, had it not been for Steenhuisen’s two-minute grilling of the opposition benches.
While MPs were preparing to debate in parliament, drama was unfolding in Nelson Mandela bay where ANC councillors reportedly assaulted DA leaders at a council meeting… something Steenhuisen didn’t hesitate to bring up in his short, but punchy roast.
Now, while he’s had some pretty epic roasts of the ANC benches in the past, Thursday’s grilling clearly had more of an effect than before, as you can hear at the end of his speech.
