The footage captures their little baby Pygmy Hippo named Obi (means ‘heart’ in the Nigerian Igbo language) swimming and splashing around for the first time in the Zoo’s big pool.

Sadly as IFLScience  report the pygmy hippo is an endangered species with habitat loss and illegal poaching threatening its existence.
