Check out these handsy crooks robbing folks at RocoMamas Centurion [video]
Two girls, a guy, and some stolen stuff.
CCTV Footage has emerged of a trio of crooks targeting patrons at the Centurion RocoMamas, nicking handbags like a well-oiled machine.
Intelligence Bureau posted images of the three to their Facebook page, along with a clip of them at ‘work’.
As the holiday season picks up these kinds of crimes are bound to pick up, so please be on the lookout when you’re out folks.
A few things to keep in mind when you’re out:
- If the restaurant has hooks under the table/bar, use them. If not and you can’t keep your handbag on the table, put your foot or the leg of the table through the loop of the handbag.
- Don’t keep any official documentation in your handbag alongside bank cards.
- When you’re walking with your handbag or wallet, hold them in front of you, or cover them with your elbow.
