What is great about this games offer, besides the fact that you are getting free classics, is that there are no in-app purchases or pesky in-game ads.
You do need to be warned though that these titles are from the flip-phone era and will therefore be their earliest releases.
The games are controlled by buttons on your touchscreen that resemble old-style gaming controls which will be on the bottom of the screen when in portrait mode, but they can also be played in landscape.
While it is not an easy feat to play mobile games on such a small screen we don’t get to complain as these are ultimately free games after all.
Here are some of the games included:
Experience a horrible nightmare, fight space monsters in endless numbers. You are a last-ditch battle faced mercenary who has to take various challenges and spacecraft, and ignite the red planet. Unlock powerful weapons and try to overcome the horror of spectacular action, light and shadows.
This is the sequel to Block Breaker Deluxe, and Gameloft claims it is the most played arcade on mobile platforms.
Give yourself a total brain workout with 35 mini-games, ensuring hours of fun, boosting your math, logic and memory skills.
Diamond Rush casts you as an intrepid explorer, digging deep into Incan ruins and Bavarian castle dungeons, seeking out glistening treasure. The stages, which can be played in just a little over a minute or two each, are full of creepy-crawlies, like snakes and spiders.
Prove your pool skills in a nation-wide tournament in this realistic style pool game.
Racing on a motorbike has never been this much fun.
Discover a revolutionary social simulation on your mobile phone. Set your own goals as you get a real taste of New York’s vibe and visit its most iconic neighborhoods.
Fight in 10 immersive levels across the galaxy, from a war-torn Earth to a frozen Volterite city. Multiple weapons and powers: Run, shoot, drive vehicles and pilot a mech to defeat your enemies.
Step inside an intense and dramatic story full of love and the supernatural as you enter your senior year at Vampire High.
The Zombie infection has spread. Fear and death are everywhere, and you’re headed straight for it in this non-stop survival adventure.
So, if I have convinced you enough to go grab these games all you have to do is head on over to the Play store and type in Gameloft Classics.
