F1 2020 is the official game for the 2020 Formula One and Formula Two championships and was developed by Codemasters.

F1 2020 is the twelfth installment in the franchise developed by Codemasters and the release date has been announced as 10 July this year which is right around the corner.

Staying true to real-life the game will feature all 22 circuits, 20 drivers and ten teams present in the 2020 Formula One World Championship.

The game will also feature races that were meant to run, but were postponed due to the pandemic.

The two brand new circuits included will be Circuit Zandvoort and the Hanoi Street Circuit

Circuit Zandvoort is a motorsport race track located in the dunes north of Zandvoort, Netherlands, near the North Sea coast line. It will return to the Formula One calendar in 2021 as the location of the revived Dutch Grand Prix.

The Hanoi Street Circuit is a motor racing venue located in the Nam Từ Liêm district of Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. It is a street circuit designed to host the Vietnamese Grand Prix, a round of the Formula One World Championship.

Playing F1 2020

There will be a new team management feature called “My Team” that will be introduced to the game which allow you to create and run an eleventh team.

In this team you will create a driver, choose a sponsor, an engine supplier, hire your own teammate and build facilities as you develop your team and drive your way to pole position.

You can now also enjoy the game with your friends, thanks to the new split-screen mode, a new steering assist and a more accessible racing experience.

You will, however, require an internet connection if you wish to download the final team’s 2020 cars and F2 2020 season content.

Players will also be able to choose between three different season lengths of either 10, 16 or 22 races. You will then be able to choose which tracks will be part of the championship should you decide to choose a shorter season.

Much to our delight, the game is going to continue the series’ trend of including historical Formula One cars as downloadable content, and will feature four cars driven by Michael Schumacher. These will include the Jordan 191, the Benetton B194, the Benetton B195 and the Ferrari F1-2000.

This much-anticipated Formula One game will be coming on 10 July and will be available on PS4, Xbox One, Stadia, and PC.
