Steve Hofmeyr fans have been left embittered by MultiChoice’s decision to remove his content from DStv. But one supporter has taken it a little further.

MultiChoice has acted decisively and decided that it will not air any material that features Steve Hofmeyr.

Multichoice implored the Ghoema organisers to distance themselves from Steve Hofmeyr and remove his song from the Best Music Video Category.

Less than a week ago, Toyota still claimed it would not pull sponsorship from the show, despite Steve Hofmeyr’s affiliation with the festival.
