The state says the alleged Parliament arsonist was found with laptops and documents when he was arrested after the fire broke out on Sunday.
Cape Town Fire Chief Ian Schnetler said everything was ‘very quiet’ at Parliament on Tuesday morning. Firefighters will monitor the situation throughout the day.
