A woman believed to be from Gauteng died after her vehicle went over the edge of the Hartbeespoort Dam wall on Monday night.

Members of the NSRI retrieved the body of a 39-year-old from Hartbeespoort dam on Saturday, with an investigation into the incident launched.

An 11-year-old girl was critically injured in a boating accident on the Hartbeespoort Dam in the North West and airlifted to hospital on Saturday.
