Former SAA Chairperson, Dudu Myeni filed an urgent appeal after Outa applied to have her declared as a delinquent director.
The court ruled that Outa, an organisation serving the interests of taxpayers, had every right to pursue charges against Myeni for destroying SAA.
Myeni claims Outa made defamatory and false statements about her in a tweet, and she wants R8-million in damages.

The presiding Judge had to pause court proceedings for Dudu’s former lawyer to call her.
