It’s the end of the road for the ANC’s Andile Lungisa, who has finally returned to a jail cell some four years after committing his initial offence.

Andile Lungisa, the ANC stalwart who violently assaulted a fellow councillor, has argued that the ‘undignified state of prisons’ does not suit him.

Lungisa’s lawyer has said they would be filing papers with the Constitutional Court, challenging the conviction
