[SPOILER ALERT]

If you haven’t watched the series finale yet, then stop reading right here!

At the beginning of Season Four, we saw that yet another student at Liberty High had died. As every episode goes back to show the students’ senior year, we only find out in the emotional, heart-wrenching finale the name of the character who was the show’s final casualty.

The emotional rollercoaster final season also featured an intense student protest — which many fans applauded and found relevant in relation to current happenings in society.

The show has always aimed to create awareness and start conversations and it’s fair to say the makers have succeeded in that.
