As World Rugby decides who, between South Africa, Ireland and France, gets the responsibility of hosting the sport’s premier showpiece in 2023, the Springboks have released a promo video for the country’s bid.

The sport’s governing body is set to announce its final decision on November 15, with all three countries standing a fair chance of hosting the tournament.

South Africa has taken another crack at hosting the tournament after an unsuccessful bid for the upcoming 2019 Rugby World Cup which will be hosted by Japan.

The country has chosen to go all out for this one with action-ready venues and the biggest budget out of the three bidding nations among other things.

The video released on Tuesday is kicked off by popular Xhosa praise poet Zolani Mkiva, in his trademark style, saying that the country is fit and ready to host this event. It also features the iconic moment with Nelson Mandela and Francois Pienaar hoisting up the William Webb-Ellis trophy in 1995, which also happens to be the last time South Africa hosted the Rugby World Cup.
