The second half of the UEFA Champions League group stage kicks off on Tuesday as the first 16 clubs contest their return fixtures against group rivals.

Barcelona face Inter Milan while Napoli host Paris Saint-Germain, with the race for knockout qualification hotting up.

Here’s everything you need to know about Tuesday’s action:

Group A

Atletico Madrid host Borussia Dortmund at the Wanda Metropolitano with supremacy at the top of Group A at stake.

The German visitors top the group by three points after recording a shock 4-0 thumping a fortnight ago, with Axel Witsel, Raphael Guerreiro (twice) and Jadon Sancho all on target.

Elsewhere, hapless Monaco are at home to Club Brugge, with both sides having only take a point from each other so far in what is already a battle for third place.

Group B

Barcelona are in Italy for their rematch with Group B rivals Inter Milan at the San Siro.

Jordi Alba and Rafinha each scored at the Camp Nou to seal a Barca victory that was managed in the absence of Lionel Messi, who continues to nurse a broken arm despite being named in the squad for this Tuesday.

For the Serie A challengers, it’s a last realistic chance to claw back ground at the top of the group on their return to Europe’s top table.

Wishing they were still in with a shout are Tottenham and PSV Eindhoven, who already appear to be locked in a duel for a Europa League spot.

The English Premier League side and the reigning Dutch champions meet again following their stalemate in the Netherlands last time out.

Group C

Three are still looking to fit into two in Group C, as Napoli and Paris Saint-Germain line up for a tantalizing rematch in Italy.

Angel Di Maria rescued a last-gasp point for PSG two weeks ago, after Dries Mertens thought he’d snatched a huge three points for the visitors with his late goal at the Parc des Princes.

The pair sit second and third, with last season’s beaten finalists Liverpool a point clear at the top following their thrashing of Red Star Belgrade at Anfield.

Jurgen Klopp’s side will be looking for more of the same when they meet again in the Serbian capital.

Group D

Porto will have one foot in the knockout stages if they can beat Lokomotiv Moscow at the Estadio do Dragao.

The Portuguese club recorded a comfortable win in their last fixture in the Russian capital to top the pool by two points.

Schalke sit second and could boost their own hopes of progression by going one better at home to Galatasaray, following the draw between the pair in Istanbul a fortnight ago.
