Lloyd Harris slips in latest ATP Tour rankings

South Africa’s Lloyd Harris has slipped three places in the latest ATP Tour rankings released on Monday.

South Africa’s Lloyd Harris has slipped three places in the latest ATP Tour rankings released on Monday.

Harris was in sublime form in the early part of 2021, rising to a new career high of 50th place.

However, he was not in action in recent weeks which saw the 24-year-old Capetonian drop three spots to 53rd.

Harris was last in action in the Miami Masters in late March where he pulled out of his second round clash against Spain’s Roberto Bautista Agut.

He is also not among the entrants in this week’s two tournaments on the ATP Tour in Belgrade and Barcelona.

Lloyd Harris has recorded wins over a number of top players this season, including Stan Wawrinka, Dominic Thiem, Kei Nishikori and Denis Shapovalov.
