South Africa’s medal tally currently sits at four. Cameron van der Burgh, Chad le Clos, men’s rowing pair Lawerence Brittain and Shaun Keeling have all won silver while the Blitzboks clinched bronze in the Sevens. There’s more action coming up on Friday and more medal hopes. All eyes will be on the rowers who head into their finals on Friday afternoon, there’s at least one medal hope here and a few more could cause an upset. Chad le Clos is also swimming in the men’s 100m fly final on Saturday morning which will giving him a chance to make up for the disappointment in the 200m fly, where he missed out on a medal.
