Liverpool vs Real Madrid

With 20 European Cups between them, Liverpool and Real Madrid really need no introduction at this level. Mo Salah is getting back to his best for the Reds, who beat Everton in the Merseyside Derby and followed that up with another win and clean sheet against Newcastle. Form is temporary but class is very much permanent. Then there’s perennial winners Real Madrid. You cannot ever count them out, especially with Luka Modric, Vini Jr and Karim Benzema in their ranks.

Eintracht Frankfurt vs Napoli

Napoli are genuinely one of the most exciting teams on the planet right now. They’re dazzling fans at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium. They’re 15 points clear at the summit of the table and look set to scoop their first Scudetto since Mr Maradona himself was the centre-piece. Victor Osimhen is their new talisman, the 24-year-old Nigerian striker has 18 goals in 19 Serie A appearances this term. Curiously, he has just one goal in the UCL this term, even though Napoli have scored 20. They’re not a one-man team. Also look out for 22-year-old Georgian superstar Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. He’s one of the most exciting players around.
