Champions League tensions boil over for Bayern Munich pair Sane and Mane
The pair seemed to have numerous misunderstandings on the pitch. Reportedly, Mane wasn’t happy with something Sane had said and things boiled over in the dressing room after the match. Mane hit Sane in the lip, according to reports. Both players weren’t at their best last evening as Manchester City, Leroy Sane’s former team, thumped Bayern 3-0 to take a commanding first-leg advantage in the Champions League quarterfinals.

Barring a miraculous turnaround in the second leg in Bavaria, Manchester City are odds-on favourites to reach the final four of the competition. Goals from Rodri, Bernardo Silva and Erling Haaland have given Bayern Munich a mountain to climb in a week’s time.
