Swallows FC president Panyaza Lesufi makes HUGE decision!
Lesufi had been heavily involved with Swallows since their return to GladAfrica Championship now Motsepe Foundation League.

Panyaza Lesufi has made a HUGE decision to step down as president of Swallows FC following his election as Gauteng ANC Chairperson.

Lesufi held the position since Swallows bought the status of Maccabi FC when promotion to the National First Division seemed impossible from the ABC Motsepe League.
However, he will now have to allow somebody else to take over the position at Swallows as part of continuing with his political career.

His position as Gauteng MEC for Education had no impact in him keeping his presidential position at Swallows.
Nonetheless, as a staunch Swallows fan, the Dube Birds can be rest-assured that they haven’t lost a supporter in Lesufi.
