Former Mamelodi Sundowns Sibusiso Vilakazi has resurfaced at a surprise PSL club.

The attacking midfielder was recently released by TS Galaxy after spending just half a season with them.

His release turned ugly when former coach Pitso Mosimane and Galaxy coach Saed Ramovic exchanged blows over Vilakazi.

That’s all put to bed now and the former Bidvest Wits star has began training with a new DStv Premiership side!

Vilakazi was spotted in the colours of Sekhukhune United, and he’s already showing his class at the club!

Sekhukhune confirm arrival of Sundowns star

“Yes, he is definitely here, but it would be probably for next season. We will see.” Sekhukhune coach Brandon Truter told KickOff regarding the former Mamelodi Sundowns man.

“People write you off quickly in South Africa. Everybody deserves a second chance, and at that age, there must be still quality left in you.

“We invited him to train to see what he can do, and if he is still sharp, and he definitely can add value. The quality is still there, so if it’s not going to happen now, it will happen for next season.

“I’m impressed, it’s just that we have only 10 games to go for the season, so if we don’t sign him now, surely, we will sign him for next season.”
