The Team of Choice spent the season battling to beat relegation with the side ultimately achieving as much when they finished in 12th position with 31 points.
The KwaZulu-Natal side have already discarded eight players as they prepare for next season, including a few experienced campaigners.

The club have now decided to make a change in the coaching department and sack Middendorp who took over from Eric Tinkler in November 2020.
