A number of teams, including Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates, Swallows and Mamelodi Sundowns have already done their transfer businesses.

However, there are still players within the PSL who don’t know whether or not they have futures with their current clubs, and for that reason, they must move.

LAZAROUS KAMBOLE – KAIZER CHIEFS

Chiefs have already told Kambole of their intention to either sell or loan him out for the current campaign.

That’s why they publicly announced that Kambole had been transfer-listed, meaning Chiefs will entertain offers for his services.

Now, with Chiefs unlikely to back down on their decision to transfer list Kambole, the striker desperately needs to leave Chiefs in search of game time.

As things stand, Kambole looks likely to warm the bench under Stuart Baxter, who prefers Samir Nurkovic as his main striker.

HLOMPHO KEKANA – MAMELODI SUNDOWNS

Kekana has been with Sundowns for a decade, and there is talk of him possibly leaving the club he served and captained for years.

He’s reportedly been told that he won’t get any game time, and interestingly, Kekana is still not ready to retire from playing.

Now, if he still wants a few more years as a player then the 36-year-old needs to leave TODAY as he won’t be able to from Wednesday, 1 September.

And that’s because Kekana still has a two-year contract with the 2016 CAF Champions League champions.

BONGANI SAM – ORLANDO PIRATES

Sam has been playing second fiddle to the likes of Innocent Maela and Paseka Mako since his arrival at Pirates, and there is no doubt that he’s a talented lad.

At 24, Sam should be playing regularly in the PSL, but this hasn’t been the case as he continues to battle for a spot in the starting line-up.

And for that reason, the former Bloemfontein Celtic star should consider moving elsewhere even if it’s on a season-long deal.

Being at Pirates has undoubtedly hampered his progress as a player, and if he wants to play, he needs a fresh start just like how the likes of Thabiso Kutumela did a few years ago.

BANGALY SOUMAHORO – MAMELODI SUNDOWNS

Soumahoro’s situation has remained the same for a good number of years at Sundowns, and to this day, nothing has changed.

If there is anyone in that Sundowns team that needs a move then it’s none other than Soumahoro who has watched his teammates win trophies while he’s on the bench.

There was talk of him possibly leaving Chloorkop a few years ago, but he remained and tried to fight for his place.

However, with Sundowns signing younger players and seemingly taking a different direction, Soumahoro might as well reconsider his future.

SIPHO NTIYA-NTIYA – KAIZER CHIEFS

Ntiya-Ntiya did well when he first got the breakthrough in the PSL but his lack of game time at Chiefs derailed his progress.

Chiefs decided to put him up for sale or even on loan for those who can’t afford the left-footer, and it’s clear that Ntiya-Ntiya needs a move.

What’s evident is that he won’t get a chance under Baxter who arrived with two more left-backs in Sifiso Hlanti and Sibusiso Mabiliso.

In addition, there is Reeve Frosler who can play in more than one position at Chiefs, and that alone makes Ntiya-Ntiya’s situation very tricky.
