After going over a year unemployed, a former Orlando Pirates star has finally secured his next move in a neighbouring country

Former Orlando Pirates dribbling wizard Thabo Rakhale has secured his next move!

The Vaal born winger has been unemployed for over a year now, after parting ways with Sekhukhune United during the 2021/22 campaign.

‘Jomo’ has joined Botswana top flight side Township Rollers, the club confirmed!

In other news, Orlando Pirates are set to jet out to Spain for their upcoming pre-season camp.

The Buccaneers reported for duty last week at the High-Performance Centre in Tshwane. The players were medically assessed and next travel to Rustenburg where physical training begins!

José Riveiro and his squad will be based in Marabella from July 9 to July 21, 2023 for their pre-season camp.

In Spain, Orlando Pirates will face Maccabi Tel Aviv, Ecuador’s Independiente del Valle and local Spanish second tier side UD Las Palmas.

Other teams that will be camped in Marbella include Bournemouth, Charlton Athletic, Al Ain FC, Espanyol, Chelsea’s under-18s and more!
