Will Orlando Pirates unleash TWO new signings against Sundowns?

Orlando Pirates are set to unleash two of their recent signings when they host Mamelodi Sundowns in the league on Saturday.

Orlando Pirates are set to unleash two of their recent signings when they host Mamelodi Sundowns in the league on Saturday.

Kick-off at Orlando Stadium is at 15:30.

The Buccaneers signed Craig Martin (Cape Town City) and Ndumiso Mabena (free agent), Souaibou Marou, (Coton Sport), and Makhehleni Makhaula (AmaZulu) in January.

Mabena, a former Pirates himself, is yet to feature for Jose Riveiro since his return to the club, while Martin has had a run from the bench.

Now, the two players that could get a run against Sundowns are Marou and Makhaula but chances of them starting the match look slim.

And that’s because Pirates have done well in the last three league matches – and what’s important is that they have been scoring more and conceding less.

Therefore, Riveiro is most likely to keep the same starting line-up to avoid what could impact their current momentum negatively.

The South African website has already published a predicted Pirates starting line-up for the Sundowns encounter, and there is no sign of both Marou and Makhaula.
